Bullet: one line, lead with a strong past-tense action verb, name what you did, end with a quantified result, under ~25 words, no 'responsible for' or 'helped.' Metric: state the number used; if the user gave none, supply a clearly-labeled estimate and tell them to confirm the real figure. Swap: offer one stronger action verb than the one implied.
