AGPL-3.0, plainly: - Permits: Use, modify, and run the library, including commercially. - Requires: If you convey it OR make it available over a network, you must offer users the complete corresponding source — including your modifications to the AGPL'd code. - The trap most people miss: AGPL's network clause (Section 13). Regular GPL only triggers source disclosure on distribution; AGPL triggers it when users merely interact with the software over a network. A SaaS product is exactly that scenario. So what for you: Running it inside your SaaS can obligate you to publish source for the AGPL component and your changes to it. That's often a dealbreaker for proprietary products.
