She drafts a 60-page governance document for two members, including a quorum rule requiring 'at least two members present' — which Moxie exploits by threatening to leave every meeting to block votes she doesn't like. Their first official act under the new bylaws is approving Moxie's expense report for $340 in 'archival-grade vinyl sleeves' that Astrid accidentally ratifies while demonstrating how the voting process works."
