Day 245: Park Slope, Baby

September 02, 2026

"Mac books a kids' birthday party in Park Slope to cover late rent, insisting it's still authentic — performs bodega bars to four-year-olds in Elsa costumes while Nutz quietly books a solo Thursday meeting with the publishing house from the sidelines. They come home to $200 in Build-A-Bear gift cards."
