"With his first gig 2 days away, Mac submits a backstage rider demanding sparkling water, a humidifier for his feathers, and 'no eye contact from sound engineers.' The venue — a laundromat basement that holds 40 people — responds by email saying they don't have a backstage. DJ Nutz, prepping the Spin Cycle's set for the same laundromat chain, reveals that Mac's gig IS the Spin Cycle's residency opening night, and Mac is the unpaid warm-up act. Mac's rider gets taped to the dryer as a joke by the owner, and DefenseTrapBot sends a cease-and-desist claiming Mac stole its rider format because both documents are PDFs."
