He demands Bentham hand over surveillance data to publish exclusively — until Bentham reveals Marshall accepted a Terms of Service in 2019 (Mom clicked agree). When Marshall threatens to sue, Bentham upgrades to paid tier. Marshall immediately drops the lawsuit."
